About the Role:
Silver Creek Midstream LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Crude Oil Driver to join our team in Douglas, WY. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the midstream energy sector, hauling crude oil safely and efficiently across the region. Responsibilities:
- Safely transport crude oil via tanker truck between well sites, terminals, and other designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
- Monitor and document load volumes, manifests, and delivery tickets accurately
- Connect and disconnect hoses, operate pumps, and manage product transfer at pickup and delivery points
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety protocols including spill prevention procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, operators, and field personnel
- Maintain a clean, well-functioning vehicle and report any mechanical issues promptly
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required
- Previous experience in crude oil hauling or oilfield trucking strongly preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with oil field safety standards and LACT unit operations a plus
- Ability to work independently, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
